The product took longer than expected to get here, but based on the tracking info, I know that's on the mailing service and not the artist. The product I ordered came out great and I look forward to painting it.

Incredible experience. Made an inquiry around the beginning of the month for my quote, got an estimate back really quickly. Only took a few weeks to get my order which was awesome. Really smooth experience overall. As for my print I'm super happy with the quality of the items I received. I got three swords printed to a specific size and the models look incredible, and the scale is perfect. Can't wait to paint these and finish my custom!

The quality is absolutely astounding!! It looks just like if the 3D model came to life. The seller is extremely kind, helpful, and accommodating. The prints are also really reasonably priced, these are huge!! I would definitely recommend if you need to print out anything, whether it's for a project or gift. The item arrived well packaged and assembled. The detail was incredible, I honestly wasn't expecting how smooth the rendering was. This is the first resin printed figurine I've purchased.

Unfortunately I broke off one of the blades - this is USER ERROR - I'm more familiar with molded figurines that are more flexible and did not realize how brittle the material is - again it breaking is my fault. I'm only adding my error to inform other people new to resin printed figurines.

These prints came back intact and they look amazing! These were from standard Heroforge STL's, but the high resolution printer captured so much more detail. There's a touch of cleanup to get rid of any lingering sprue supports, but that's part of the process. Otherwise, they are flawless.
