Made to Order — Please Allow Production Time

Every order is printed after you place it. We do not ship from pre-built stock. Please account for production time in addition to shipping transit time when planning your order.

Production times may be longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or in cases where an order contains a large number of items. If your order will be significantly delayed, we will do our best to notify you.


Shipping Carriers and Methods

We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The available shipping methods and estimated transit times will be displayed at checkout. Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Sates only.

For international orders, please be aware that:

  • Customs fees, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing
  • We cannot mark international packages as "gifts" or misrepresent their value on customs forms

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided via email once your order ships. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may not appear immediately after the label is created.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed off to the carrier and marked delivered, Filament Farm is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, we recommend:

  1. Checking with neighbors or building management
  2. Contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number
  3. Reaching out to us at contact@filamentfarm.net — we will do what we can to help, though outcomes depend on the carrier's investigation

Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please verify your shipping address carefully before placing your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot guarantee changes after an order is submitted.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We will contact you when the package is received back.


Damaged in Shipping

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please refer to our [Return & Refund Policy] for next steps. Photograph the packaging and the item before discarding anything — this documentation is required to file a claim.
